The Similkameen appellation is widely praised for its bold reds and fruity whites. Our wineries are winning gold medals and the loyalty of wine connoisseurs from around the world. One winery features a guesthouse and bistro; another makes organic fruit wines which you must sample while here; another is the only straw bale winery in Canada. All eight wineries produce top quality, hand-crafted wines.

There are many fine restaurants in and around Keremeos that offer local produce in season. There are two pubs in Keremeos and several family restaurants.

There are three motels in Keremeos. The area surrounding Keremeos is dotted with country B&Bs, Many are on farms. All have great views and proximity to the outdoors.
